  • The President is elected by the Electoral College whose delegates are chosen by each state. Each state has the ability to allow candidates on the ballot based on their state laws given the qualifications of the office sought.

  • All lawmakers who ABANDON their positions should be labeled as freeloaders and removed from office by citizen referendum - regardless of party affiliation! Shows a complete lack of respect for the forum of democracy and lack of responsibility to the office for which they were voted to serve.

  • I've worked with many public sector agencies over the years. My experience has been that SEIU is very powerful and has quickly gotten out of control at the expense of the taxpayer.

  • Hey @Big_Trouble, I'm not a huge gun advocate even though I like rifle shooting as a sport. However you fail to mention that the senior citizen (former Marine) who disarmed the assailant actually had a CCW permit and was packing that day.

  • I thought he took a few pot-shots that were funny and a few that were unnecessary. When he closed the show thanking "God for making me an atheist" that was way over the line. Implies the entire Hollywood community is faithless.
